The friendly voice of Carl WilsonW4IUD was my first introduction to KARC on 2 meters in 1970. I had completedan Engineering project in Teheran Iran in 1969. My ham call was EP2CQ (Buckmasters).One of my first cotacts on 20 meters was JY1 on 20 meters. Other earlymembers who deserve credit during this time with KARC are Ken Wilhoit Jr.W4OCW,PhilLatta W4GTS many others no longer around,later Rubens Fiuza Lima PT2RFL.The technical improvements,club news letter,Repeater,activities in everyaspect have been a huge success.
